MAH Ventures operates two complementary arms — a venture studio that creates companies from scratch, and an investment arm that backs exceptional founders. Both run simultaneously and each makes the other stronger.
We Build
Our venture studio creates technology companies from the ground up. We identify high-potential opportunities, co-found them with domain experts, and provide the full operational infrastructure needed to get from zero to product-market fit.
This is not accelerator funding. We are co-founders. We bring the idea, the capital, the network, and the day-to-day operational support. Our first company, Prolumios, was built exactly this way.

We Invest
Beyond our own companies, MAH Ventures invests in early-stage European startups where our operational expertise creates a genuine advantage for the founder. We are not passive capital — we roll up our sleeves.
We focus on pre-seed and seed stage companies in AI, SaaS, and regulated industries across the DACH region and wider Europe. We invest between €25,000 and €250,000 in initial checks, with follow-on reserved.
